Absolutely awful customer experience
Absolutely awful customer experience!
Seems to take 4-5 working days just for an email reply. On top of all of that after being promised next day delivery I am still waiting for my order after 2 weeks now to find out it was sent to the completely wrong address.
Would not recommend at all, use third party selling apps such as Amazon as they are much better at doing the simple job of delivering an item!!!!

I haven't received the product yet, but I have used their products in the past and they are good. 1* only because I can't go below that, for the pharmacy dep only, which will dispatch with royal mail, even before Christmas, while Royal mail workers are on strike, (not courier for quick delivery and better fees), still will charge £5,99 postage fee for a very small bottle and 3 to 5 days delivery, not even trucked.. Such a very bad impression about the company, this makes

Yeah don't order from them and another lady is saying the same wasted my time through order yesterday and didn't even say it's a free consultation don't pay anyone for any consultant's even if you have money like what that lady experienced it's below me her review of them should be go to Holland and Barrett that's what a free consultation man said to me for my hair loss go their first please thanks ⁉️✝️❣️?

Good Customer Service and Products
First of all I love the products at Philip Kingsley, the Blonde mask has really enhanced the colour and tone of my hair.
And secondly, I had a good experience when my order was out of stock and Annalise in customer service helped to find a solution for me. She was very helpful and understanding.

I have given them 5 stars, as i ordered something that came with a ‘bonus’ of 2 products - which i thought i put the code in for, but it hadn’t registered, so i didn’t receive them - I emailed customer service and they responded the next day - checking my address and immediately sent me the products. Really polite and quick service. Thank you, excellent products too.

Absolutely love this I put the bond builder on left it about an hour then washed and conditioned it it’s incredibly soft shiny and the dryness and brittle feeling has greatly reduced will definitely be using this product regularly

Still waiting after 2 months
I still waiting for my order after 2 months. I’ve been chasing the customer service team week after week and all they can say is they will send my order ASAP. I work in customer service and this is shocking, worst service ever.
As much as I love the products, after I receive my order, if i do, I won’t be buying through them anymore as if you have an issue the customer service team are useless. I will definitely give 0 stars if I could.

Appalling Customer Service
I ordered some products on the 21/06 and the products were sent by the retailer to a ParcelForce distribution unit that was undergoing work and would not distribute the parcels until the 15/07 (despite the retailer giving a 2-3 working day delivery guarantee)
Philip Kingsley have not stepped in to help, nor have they answered any emails or calls. Appalling customer service and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Firstly I'm surprised there are only three reviews thus far, however this looks to be the appropriate site. I ordered a Lorna Luxe campaign set (hair products) and there was a small error in the order. Nothing serious. However they corrected it WITHOUT asking (really, really cool) and sent a gift as a bonus (super cool). I am beyond words how this makes a customer feel - totally, totally awesome. I'll definitely be using this site again to replenish. By the way the actual products are great too!!

My daughter had hair issues related to sebum/adolescent issues hair for a long while so we booked an appointment with Philip Kingsley. She was treated with the upmost professionalism and left the place feeling very happy. They offered her great advice and products to alleviate the condition. I would highly recommend their services.

One of the worst distributors in Russia. It does not develop a retail network in Russia, but refuses to work for customers who have boutiques in their region and want to sell philip kingsley. I do not recommend contacting Geocosmed in Russia. Their working policy is not aimed at development, but at personal enrichment and degradation of brand development in Russia. Instead of opening new stores and doing good advertising for the philip kingsley brand, distributor geocosmed focused all sales only on its company through its affiliated sites. I hope that the management of Philip Kingsley will take note of this review and the distribution policy in Russia will change for the better, but so far it is only 1 star.
